Great company, great support. During the purchase process I contacted them to get some assistance with the material I intended to use to get everything to match. Pre sales not only found all the items for me but gave me a discount for the order size (without me prompting). After delivery I had a batch problem with some door handles I'd purchased (they all had the same fault). After contacting them I spoke to a really helpful guy called Alex who bent over backwards to resolve the problem. He got replacements to me quickly and waited until it was all resolved before collecting the faulty ones. Anyone can supply products, this company excels with their support. Highly recommended.

Superb customer service. What I loved about dealing with Ironmongery for you; Great website, great selection of products, great prices. Most of all though, when choosing my handles for my kitchen, I selected possibly 10 different handles, had them all delivered to try, then returned the 9 I didn't like, kept the one sample and ordered 25 of the same. They even assisted when I messed up the handle dimensions and accidentally ordered 128mm rather than the correct 160mm screw distance dimensions. Great people!
